Below you can access information about federal, state, city and private resources in regards to coronavirus (COVID-19).

  • The COVID-19 Capital Costs Tax Credit Program provides tax credits of up to $25,000 to eligible businesses that made investments to comply with pandemic-related emergency orders and regulations or to increase public safety. Application for this program closes September 30, 2023


  • Restaurant Resiliency Program provides grants to restaurants that offer meals and other food-related items to New Yorkers within distressed or underrepresented communities.

  • The Tourism Return to Work Grant provides grants to tourism-related businesses who expand their workforce by at least two net new full-time equivalent jobs between January 1, 2022 and June 30, 2022. Grant amounts are $5,000 per full-time employee added and $2,500 per part-time employee added.

  • The Meet In NY Grant provides grants to large convention centers, hotels, and event spaces who provide discounts to eligible events in connection with attracting visitors to New York State. Grant amounts vary based on event size, the booking fees waived, and the hotel discounts offered, subject to maximum reimbursement rates and amounts.

       This program closed as of June 30, 2023

       This program closed as of September 30, 2022, and grant awards are no longer             available. Funding for this Program was limited, and the number of applicants               that met the eligibility requirements exceeded the available funds. 

      Due to the high volume of applications received, new applications are currently           not being accepted. Applications that have already been submitted will continue           to be reviewed.

  • New York Forward Loan Fund provides working capital loans of up to $100,000 at 3% for small businesses and small landlords and 2% for nonprofits through select participating community lenders. Applicants are eligible if they received a PPP loan of up to $150,000. First-round funds are successfully deployed.

  • Restaurant Return-to-Work Tax Credit provides tax credits of $5,000 per new worker hired, up-to $50,000 per business, to qualifying restaurant small businesses that increase their employment by at least one full-time equivalent employee during 2021. Applications were due by May 1, 2022. 

  • Child Care Stabilization Grants provide financial relief to childcare providers in order to help them cover unexpected business costs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. New applications are no longer being accepted for this program.
