The Queens Small Business Grant Program offers Queens-based COVID-19 impacted small businesses a grant equal to three months of their average 2019 revenue, up to $20,000. To be eligible a business must have 20 or fewer employees, be a first-floor storefront business or second-floor restaurant or street vendor, have earned gross revenues of less than $1 million in 2019 ($3 million for restaurants), have no tax liens or unresolved judgements, and must have earned a profit or almost broke-even in 2019.​
