The Comcast RISE program offers marketing consultations, media placements, commercial creative production services, and technology services from Effectv and Comcast Business. To be eligible the US-based business must be independently owned and operated by at least 51% Black, Indigenous, Person of Color (BIPOC), or a female, been operating for more than one year, and located within the Comcast Business or Effectv service area footprint. The application deadline is October 14, 2022. Additional recipients will be chosen quarterly.
