Business Advisor Sandra Cely represented the Pace University Small Business Development Center (Pace SBDC) at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Metro New York District Office’s Small Business Meeting: Lenders & the Lender Ready Forum, held at 26 Federal Plaza, where we tabled with sister NYSBDC centers.
The event connected small business owners and entrepreneurs with many lenders and business resource organizations, and offered workshops focused on access to capital and lender readiness.
Throughout the event, Sandra shared information about the Pace SBDC’s no-cost, confidential one-to-one business counseling services and connected with prospective clients and referral partners. She spoke about how our advisors support entrepreneurs as they review business plans, prepare financial documents, identify financing options, and strengthen their readiness to work with lenders.
Business owners who are preparing to seek financing, compare funding options, or strengthen their lender readiness can request no-cost counseling from the Pace SBDC. Sessions are available in person in Manhattan and Brooklyn, or virtually, in English or Spanish.
