October is here, and the Pace SBDC has a full calendar of advisory sessions, trainings, and community events for small business owners. New and existing clients are welcome to meet in person with a Pace University Small Business Development Center business advisor at one of our satellite locations for guidance on business planning, financing, government contracting, certifications, and marketing strategy. Free One-on-One Advisory Sessions (October)

Meet in person with a Pace SBDC business advisor at one of our satellite locations. Sessions must be reserved in advance.

October 14 (Wednesday)

  • Park Slope, Brooklyn (The Yard, 157 13th Street, in partnership with the Park Slope 5th Avenue BID)

October 19 (Monday)

  • Canarsie (NHS, 1734 Rockaway Parkway, in partnership with the Canarsie Merchants Association)

October 21 (Wednesday)

  • Industry City (Sunset Park, Brooklyn - Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce office)

October 29 (Thursday)

  • Flatbush, Brooklyn (Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn's Office)

Every Thursday in October (October 8, 15, 22, and 29)

  • Brooklyn Public Library (10 Grand Army Plaza, Business and Career Center)


Alternatively, we also offer virtual 1:1 sessions virtually via Zoom, in-person at One Pace Plaza, and once a month, in-person at the Midtown Manhattan NYPL at 455 Fifth Avenue.
