Making An Appointment

Making an appointment with a business advisor can be done in 3 easy steps.

Step 2 - Review and Choose a Service Location

We serve entrepreneurs in New York City with a focus on Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan.

Our center's main office is at One Pace Plaza in Lower Manhattan, but we also spend a lot of our time in the communities we serve. In addition to our main office or virtually, we can meet with entrepreneurs at:

  • The New York Public Library's Thomas Yoseloff Business Center (Midtown Manhattan)

  • The Brookyn Public Library's Business & Career Center (Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn)

  • Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn's Office (Flatbush, Brooklyn)

  • The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce offices (Sunset Park - Industry City, Brooklyn)

If you're outside of NYC, click here to find your local SBDC.

Step 1 - Check If You Already Have an SBDC Advisor

To maintain continuity of service, we ask that each individual meets only with one Small Business Development Center. If you’ve met with another SBDC before, please reach out to them for an appointment.

Step 3 - Make an NYSBDC eCenter Direct Account
It only takes a few minutes to sign up for no-cost business counseling. After providing an email and creating a password, you'll be asked to answer some questions about you and your business. On the last screen in the "Area of Assistance" section, please be sure to indicate your preferred service location (or if you'd like a virtual meeting) and tell us what topic you'd like to discuss with an advisor.

Click here to access NYSBDC eCenter Direct and get started. After you submit your information, a member of our team will reach out to arrange a one-on-one business counseling session. If you have any questions about our center, please email sbdc@pace.edu.
