One-On-One Legal Clinic

Earlier this week, Pace SBDC partnered with City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project (NELP) to host a free legal clinic where volunteer attorneys from Cleary Gottlieb Steen provided 1:1 assistance to entrepreneurs on specific legal issues their businesses face. Attendees came in prepared with a range of legal questions on operating agreements, and were also able to receive assistance on how to determine the best legal structure for their business as well information on drafting and reviewing business contracts.
