East Harlem Small Business Grant program offers grants of up to $20,000 to small businesses from zip codes 10029, 10035 or 10037 (Manhattan Community Board 11) that demonstrate losses due to COVID-19. Eligible businesses must employ 20 or fewer employees, have annual revenue of less than $1 million, and been operating prior to 3/1/20; and include storefronts, home-based, and/or online businesses. Funds are for rent, utilities, payroll, insurance, and other operational expenses.
