Financial Legacy Group

Ta’Donna Nagle, a certified financial instructor with over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, has a passion for helping individuals live the financial life they desire. After working extensively with so many people, she identified many patterns amongst the financially illiterate. Wanting to help change the script, she has set out to educate the masses by launching Financial Legacy Group, an online platform that offers private one-on-one coaching as well as pre-recorded content to individuals who want to live a financially secure life.

Ms. Nagle sought assistance in building a client base, and connected with Pace University SBDC business advisor Anish Thakkar to hone in on marketing strategies for reaching her target market. Anish assisted the client in creating an effective marketing funnel to generate leads and convert prospects. He also enrolled Ms. Nagle in the New York Small Business Development Center Pitch Workshop series to help her describe her business most effectively during networking and prospecting activities, and provided a great deal of feedback and guidance on practice runs of her pitch.

Ms. Nagle went on to win top prize in the NYSBDC pitch competition in front of a panel of judges, as well as a $2,500 cash award to develop content and implement a digital marketing campaign.
