The Pace University Small Business Development Center (SBDC), team proudly participated in the Greater NY Chamber of Commerce’s annual Business Expo, an event that brought together hundreds of small business leaders, resource partners, and government agencies dedicated to supporting the city’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Meeting with SBA Leadership

A highlight of the event was the opportunity for Pace SBDC Regional Director Andrew Flamm to meet U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Administrator Kelly Loeffler and SBA Regional Administrator Matt Coleman, and discuss the critical role that SBDC advisors play in helping small businesses grow and launch. We also appreciate Administrator Loeffler referencing the New York SBDC network of 20 centers and our ongoing partnership as an SBA resource partner during her remarks to attendees.

Collaboration Across the SBDC Network

Pace SBDC was proud to co-host a table alongside our colleagues at Baruch College and LaGuardia Community College SBDCs. Together, we engaged with a diverse audience of small business owners, providing information about our no-cost business advisory services and highlighting the many ways entrepreneurs can tap into the expertise of the statewide SBDC network.

Building Connections Across the Ecosystem

The Expo also provided opportunities to connect with small business attendees and network with key partners including the SBA, Empire State Development, and other organizations supporting New York’s business community. These conversations reinforced our shared mission to empower entrepreneurs and strengthen the city’s economic foundation.
