Small Business Financing Workshop

Earlier this month the Pace University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) hosted a Small Business Financing workshop to review sources of capital for entrepreneurs seeking to grow or launch their small business. The session covered debt and equity financing structures, what lenders look for in a loan candidate (the “5 C’s”) as well as key crowdfunding platforms.

Held in Pace’s beautiful and newly-renovated student center, the session was led by Pace SBDC Director Andrew Flamm and Business Advisors Rawle Brown and Sandra Cely. Small Business Administration (SBA) Lender Relations Specialist Larry Pontillo also provided insight into key SBA small business loan programs.

Contact us at (212) 618-6655 or sbdc@pace.edu to discuss sources of capital for your small business and to arrange a no-cost session with a Pace University SBDC.
