Small Business Growth Strategies

The Pace University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) recently hosted a Small Business Growth Strategies session at Pace University’s downtown campus. The event provided small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs with practical strategies for growing their business venture.

The session was led by Pace SBDC Director, Andrew Flamm, who provided an overview of the SBDC services and a roadmap about how to identify and target a business’ niche in the market. The focus of this interactive session was to familiarize the small business owners with the importance of business planning, as well as lead generation strategies such as developing an effective pitch and capability statement. Further, the session reviewed strategies for managing the business’ cash flow and sources of growth capital.
